Exchange Policy/Additional Information

• After placing your order you will be given a number to track your package.

• Once the package is in possession of the Postal Service, we are not responsible for errors/wrong addresses. Providing the correct address is the buyer's responsibility. If the package is marked DELIVERED to the provided address, but not received, you must contact your local post office for any claims.

CONTACT LENSES 

•Our exchange/replace policy lasts 3 days. If in 3 days of receiving your package you have not contacted us, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange/replacement.

•We can only exchange/replace the lenses if it has a manufacturer defect (this DOES NOT include ripped or torned lenses). We thoroughly inspect each and every lens and packaging before being sent out.

•To be eligible for an exchange/replacement, your item must be returned in it's original package with all it's parts included. If not, we cannot exchange/replace your lenses.

•The shipping cost of the returned item will be covered by the customer and should include a tracking number.

•The shipping cost of the item exchanged/replaced will be covered by the customer.

•Once the item is proven with manufacturer damage, we will replace them with the same color that you previously ordered. NO EXCEPTIONS.

•We CAN NOT exchange/replace nor accept returns or give refunds for lenses if a customer changes their mind about the color.

•We CAN NOT exchange/replace nor accept returns or give refunds if the color of the lenses does not meet your expectations.

LIPSTICKS

•We CAN NOT exchange/replace nor accept returns or give refunds if a customer changes their mind about the lipstick color.

•We CAN NOT exchange/replace nor accept returns or give refunds if the color of the lipstick does not meet your expectations.

 

All sales are FINAL. All items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
